什么是欺凌？一次次地对另外一个人身体上或精神上的伤害或让人感到不舒服，这就是欺凌。欺凌在青少年中较常见，欺凌有哪些具体表现？我们又该如何有效面对各种不同的欺凌呢？

Bullying can happen to me or you or anyone.Millions of children around the world are bullied every year，but there are things that we can do to help.

What is bullying?

Bullying is when someone makes you feel bad or hurts you again and again.Bullying can happen at school，out of school or online.Bullying includes：

●calling people mean names

●laughing at people

●telling lies about people

●taking someone's things without permission

●not letting someone play in a group

●hitting people

What is cyberbullying?

Cyberbullying happens online and includes：

●sending mean messages

●sharing photos without permission

●not letting someone be part of an online group

What can you do?

If someone is mean to you，tell an adult that you know and trust.For example，talk to a parent or a teacher.You can block a person who sends mean messages online.Ask an adult to help you.Don't reply.Talk to your parents or teachers or an adult that you know well if you see bullying or if you are worried about a friend.

Say sorry if you are mean to someone.You can write a message or talk to the person.Think about how to be kind in the future.

We can all help to say no to bullying.

◆词句赏析

1.calling people mean names恶毒地谩骂人

mean作为形容词，意为“卑鄙的；低劣的”，所以call sb.names就是“谩骂某人；对某人口出恶言”。

2.telling lies about people散布关于人们的谣言

tell lies to sb.意为“对某人撒谎”，表示“造某人的谣言”则用tell lies about sb.。

3.Talk to your parents or teachers or an adult that you know well if you see bullying or if you are worried about a friend.如果你看到了欺凌，或者你担心一个朋友，你可以和你的父母、老师或你非常熟悉的一个成年人谈谈。

Talk to your parents or teachers or an adult是祈使句。if引导的是条件状语从句，or意为“或者”，作为并列连词，连接两个if条件状语从句；that you know well是that引导的定语从句，修饰先行词adult。

4.We can all help to say no to bullying.我们都可以对欺凌说不。

句中的第一个to是动词不定式标志，to say no是动词不定式短语，作动词help的目的状语。第二个to是介词，意为“对于”，引出对象。
