My healthy life

Im very healthy because I have some very good habits. I think, to keep a healthy diet is the first important thing. So I often eat more vegetables, fruit, beans and some other green food. Secondly, I often take some exercise, such as table tennis, swimming, playing basketball and so on, so that I wont catch cold or some other illness easily. Also it is necessary to have enough sleep and have a good mood. I often sleep for 9 hours. I dont sleep too late and get up so late. If you want to have a healthy life, you should eat healthy food, take exercise and have enough sleep.
